We offer consulting services designed to prepare leaders and organizations to facilitate personal, cultural, and systemic transformation on multiple scales: individual, organizational, within and across sectors, and global, during these highly complex and turbulent times.
We consult, coach, and advise public, private and non-profit organizations seeking to make the shift to become Living Giving Systems. Through our Journey work, we are learning to analyze and articulate those factors necessary in a human system to restore it to what we call a “Living Giving System.” We view a living giving system in the human context as a realignment of human systems, historically designed to convert nature into product at the expense of human and environmental well-being, to systems that at least do no harm, and at best, build social, environmental, and financial resources upon which they derive their existence. Living Giving Systems provide the conditions for life and well-being instead of consume or destroy them.
Coaching is an advanced way of relating that produces results for our clients more quickly than if they worked alone. The partnership between coach and client exists for the sole purpose of fostering and supporting the client’s success. As your coaches, we are behind you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing you with new ways to view and interpret your current situation, support, compassion, resources, focus, and a sounding board for your ideas. Coaching sessions provide you with focus and clarity, minimizing obstacles to the results you desire and will be customized based on your unique situation.
We offer entertaining and provocative presentations at conferences and events from 5 minutes to one hour in length or more. These events can kick off half or full-day interactive workshops that focus on the Living Giving Principles for individuals and organizations that we can tailor to your needs and expectations.
As facilitative leaders ourselves, we know from experience that when learning is fun and engaging, people are more receptive and are more likely to integrate and use the messages they are hearing. You can count on your audience being engaged in an exciting and lively speech – and leaving with both information and inspiration focused on action.
